Can I return my order?

Yes, orders can be returned within the statutory withdrawal period. Please note that personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

What do I do if a product arrived damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review the case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.

Can I change my order later?

We recommend washing printed textiles inside out, not too hot, and not ironing directly over the print. This will keep the design looking good for longer.
